16th Annual Meeting
Nottingham University 1st–3rd September 2010

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to attend the 16th Annual Meeting of the British Chapter of the International Society of Magnetic Resonance In Medicine (BC-ISMRM). The Joint IPEM MRSIG/BC-ISMRM Meeting and British Chapter Educational workshop will be held on Wednesday. The main scientific meeting will be held on Thursday and Friday and sessions will cover diverse themes relevant to both clinicians and physicists:

Thursday Multinuclear and Spectroscopy, fMRI Methods and Applications, Translational MRI and MR Physics

Friday Clinical MRI, Molecular Imaging, MR in Cancer, and Hardware.

In addition to oral and poster presentations, we are pleased to have the following invited speakers who will talk on aspects of these key themes:

  • Nandita deSouza, Institute of Cancer Research.
  • Xavier Golay, Institute of Neurology, UCL.

  • Talk by David Hawkes (CMIC, UCL) on Commercialisation adventures.
  • Tours of 7T National Facility Wednesday PM and Friday AM.

    This meeting has been awarded 16 CPD credits by the Royal College of Radiologists

    We are please to say that there has been a very good response to the British Chapter meeting here in Nottingham next week. For this reason, there will be
    NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION AT THE BRITISH CHAPTER MEETING
    After 12 noon on the 27th August there will be no further registration for accomodation. The conference dinner is now fully booked.
    Do not come to Nottingham for the British Chapter meeting unless you have already registered with us.
